HCL Tech to accelerate digital transformation with Salesforce

Banco do Brasil, one of the biggest financial institutions in Latin America, has selected HCL Technologies for Salesforce’s solutions application and digital transformation. In order to improve customer engagement inside their omnichannel ecosystem through artificial intelligence, data unification, and intelligent guidelines, HCLTech and Salesforce will work together to enable the company to hyperpersonalize its customer relationships and service offerings.

HCL Tech has hired a group of experts with CRM backgrounds to implement Salesforce solutions. HCLTech will use the below four Salesforce services to accelerate digital transformation.

Financial Services Cloud

Financial Services Cloud will be used to reduce service costs with automation and discover key insights about their customers and their financial needs.

Marketing Cloud

Marketing Cloud will be used to deliver digital marketing automation and analytics services.

Salesforce Integration Service

Salesforce Integration Service will be used to integration and automation solutions

Professional Services

Professional services will be used for the successful implementation of the project.

HCL Tech released their second quarter results earlier this month. HCLTech, India’s third-largest IT services business, recorded 8.55% quarter-on-quarter growth with a net profit of 3,833 crore. Its consolidated revenue for the quarter increased 1.4% year on year to 26,672 crore.
