Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has purchased Incapsulate, a renowned digital transformation consulting business focused on Salesforce solutions. Incapsulate, founded in 2008, designs and deploys Salesforce solutions for organizations in the public and financial sectors. As a Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner, Incapsulate strengthens Accenture’s Salesforce capabilities, which concentrate on assisting clients in transforming how they communicate with customers and satisfy their ever-changing demands via the use of data and AI-driven insights.

With its main office located in Washington, D.C., Incapsulate also has offices in Boston, Toronto, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad, India. With over 1,100 certifications, the workforce of over 275 Salesforce practitioners and software developers is joining Accenture Technology’s Salesforce Business Group.

“Incapsulate’s Salesforce skills, industry knowledge, and customer-focused methodology make them a perfect match to enhance our current capabilities,” stated Emma McGuigan, Accenture’s senior managing director and enterprise and industries technology lead. “With Incapsulate on board, we have improved our capacity to accelerate digital transformation and generate commercial value for our clients by strengthening our Salesforce services, especially in the insurance and public sector industries.”

Ajay Batish, CEO of Incapsulate, stated, “For 15 years, our clients have relied on us to deliver high-quality solutions that not only meet their technical requirements but, more importantly, their underlying business needs.” We can service an even wider range of clients by combining our industry and Salesforce knowledge and experience with Accenture, and we can also provide our employees with additional prospects for advancement. We are eager to use this as a springboard for innovation, improved services, and many possibilities that will usher in an exciting future for our clients and outstanding employees.
