    NetSuite Announce New Generative AI-powered Capabilities

    Oracle NetSuite unveiled a number of new product innovations designed to assist businesses in cutting expenses and improving operational effectiveness in order to boost their top and bottom lines. The most recent NetSuite innovations include new field service management and enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions, as well as new capabilities that help finance and customer experience professionals increase the efficiency of business processes.

    NetSuite has released new generative AI-powered capabilities throughout the entire suite, as well as new classic AI capabilities, to assist users in improving planning and budgeting, decreasing human data entry, and increasing business insights.

    New AI-powered capabilities

    NetSuite Text Enhance

    New generative AI-powered features in NetSuite enable users to produce relevant and personalized content for any text area. NetSuite Text Enhance will help customers transform:

    • By expediting time-consuming writing jobs, NetSuite Text Enhance can help finance and accounting employees expedite collections, close the books faster, and focus on more strategic and gratifying work.
    • NetSuite Text Enhance may assist supply chain and operations teams in enhancing the quality of product-related communications by streamlining buying and logistics.
    • NetSuite Text Enhance can assist in expediting sales and marketing processes in order to generate more successful revenue-generating initiatives.
    • NetSuite Text Enhance may assist employees, supervisors, and human resource professionals in increasing the pace and efficiency of critical HR processes.
    • NetSuite Text Enhance may help boost customer support agent efficiency while also improving the client experience.

    NetSuite Planning and Budgeting

    NetSuite Planning and Budgeting’s new AI-powered features assist organizations in automating data analysis to improve and speed decision-making. Customers may quickly and simply find and highlight patterns, anomalies, and connections using predictive algorithms that continuously analyze and track plans, projections, and variations.

    NetSuite Bill Capture

    New artificial intelligence-powered capabilities assist organizations in intelligently capturing and categorizing costs based on past data. Customers may use NetSuite Bill Capture to decrease manual bill entry and help accounting staff be more productive.

    NetSuite Analytics Warehouse

    NetSuite Analytics Warehouse’s AI-powered capabilities combine and centralize data from several sources, allowing organizations to get faster access to data visualizations and reporting.

    Financial Management Capabilities Enhancement

    NetSuite is improving the suite’s financial management capabilities and offering new EPM, digital payment, and e-invoicing options.

    NetSuite Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

    A new set of integrated finance tools that links financial and operational planning, automates account reconciliation, simplifies closure procedures, and improves tax and narrative reporting.

    NetSuite Capital

    Customers can accelerate payments and boost working capital using NetSuite Capital by analysing, pricing, and submitting invoices from accounts receivable for quick payment.

    NetSuite Pay

    Customers may use NetSuite Pay to integrate solutions from payment processing providers with pre-negotiated rates and fees, improving the ease and transparency of payment processing. Versapay is the first partner to support this innovative solution.

    NetSuite Electronic Invoicing

    An innovative e-invoicing technology that assists businesses in optimizing payment and cash collection, lowering expenses, and streamlining worldwide invoicing compliance.

    NetSuite Transaction Line Distribution

    A new capability that allows organizations to split a single transaction among subsidiaries, divisions, or other segments in a simple, quick, and flexible manner.

    NetSuite Benchmark 360

    A new tool that assists organizations in analyzing important operational and financial data and understanding how they compare to other organizations in their sector and area.

    New Field Service Management Solution

    NetSuite has launched a new field service management solution, as well as additional commerce and subscription management features.

    Field Service Management

    A new product offering that assists organizations in improving the efficiency of end-to-end field service operations and increasing customer satisfaction. Customers may enhance field-to-office interactions by streamlining scheduling and dispatch, automating inventory and customer asset management, and boosting insight into real-time data using NetSuite Field Service Management.

    NetSuite CPQ

    A new feature in NetSuite CPQ enables businesses to provide subscription choices to their consumers. clients may enhance revenue potential by delivering more flexible solutions to their clients with SuiteBilling subscription support in NetSuite CPQ.

    NetSuite is also introducing a new licensing model in which clients will be able to purchase task-specific licences for staff who do not require full access.
