    Infor Customer Combilift Named a Winner in SuperNova Awards

    Constellation Research has recognized Infor customer Combilift with a 2023 SuperNova Award for leadership in adopting disruptive technologies. Fearghal McCorriston, IT manager of Combilift, was voted the winner of the Next Generation Customer Experience category.

    Combilift is the world’s leading multi-directional forklift manufacturer and a recognized pioneer in long-load handling solutions. Infor CloudSuite Industrial and Infor AI are used.

    The 2023 SuperNova Award recipients represent people, teams, and organizations who have surmounted tremendous challenges in the face of growing inflation, the rise of generative AI, and a post-pandemic world. They excelled in responding to disruptive forces, implementing creative initiatives, and delivering proven outcomes while possessing the technological prowess required to change modern organizations. Six of the 31 finalists were Infor clients from various areas and sectors.

    “This year’s nine SuperNova Award winners stood apart from the more than 60 nominees and 31 finalists in this year’s awards programme,” stated Doug Henschen, vice president and lead analyst at Constellation Research. “A SuperNova winner is distinguished not only by technological innovation but also by concrete business results and exceptional returns on technology investment.” Congratulations!”

    The winners were revealed on October 25 at Constellation’s Connected Enterprise conference in California during the SuperNova Awards banquet.

    Ireland-based Combilift is the world’s fastest-growing forklift producer, shipping to over 85 countries and employing over 60,000 people globally. Combilift places a high value on client satisfaction. Customer satisfaction in the field of forklift service maintenance, in particular, is intimately linked to the capacity to perform first-time repairs. Combilift reduces downtime and related expenses by fixing difficulties quickly on the initial visit, resulting in higher customer satisfaction.

    Combilift obtained the following benefits by employing Infor OS and Infor AI as part of Infor CloudSuite Industrial:

    • 30% increase in first-time repairs
    • 30% increase in service job completion
    • 30% increase in income per transaction
    • 40% decrease in service job expenses
    • 75% reduction in time to determine associated components (20 minutes to 5 minutes)
